Hare in a Glacial Sequence

Hare in a Glacial Sequence

Below the lake
behind the blocking
terminal moraine

in a strewn field
of erratic boulders
unknowingly observed

Hare dances
to aeolian music.
I listen

to the song
as Hare jives
among green drumlins.
